terms

the short version, written 26 October 2026. the app is sold through Apple's App Store, and Apple's standard licence applies to it: the licensed application end user licence agreement. these lines sit on top of it.

the price

the app is free for seven days with nothing to sign up to. after that, to carry on, you choose a month at £3.99 or a year at £29, and a thirty day free trial starts on that choice. nothing is charged until the trial ends. you can cancel at any time in your phone's settings, and if you cancel during the trial you pay nothing. apple bills you and renews the subscription until you cancel it.

what you get

your day made every morning from what you said, by a language model that reads your own preferences; a decision, the moment you say something, about whether it is for now, for later, a note, or a preference; a correction pass on what the phone heard; and the widgets, the action button and the rest of the app. when our server cannot be reached, the app makes your day on your phone from the same files, and nothing you said is lost.

your files

everything is plain text in a folder you own. you can take it with you at any time. see the privacy page for what reaches us and what does not.

what we may do

we may change the models and the rules the server uses, and switch a feature off while something is wrong. we will not raise the price on a subscription you already have. we may stop the service with notice, and your files stay yours.
